A favorite place.

While I was in Utah I got to run the canyon with Becca twice. And it was heavenly. I forgot what it was like to run in the dry weather and to have ice cold mountain water pouring out of the water fountain half way through the run. The Provo Canyon is one of my favorite places in Utah.  So many memories, blood, sweat, and almost tears have been spent in that canyon.  Kyle kicking my trash on the bike, running w/ Kyle, Abby, and Becca training for half marathons, and not to mention it was the place where I ran my first half marathon -- a goal that changed me as a runner 4 years ago.

It obviously holds a special place in my little running heart.  I miss it, but mostly I miss the memories w/ my favorite people.  However, I do have fun new memories running here in the ham'.  Great friendships have been made and I love that it's such a tight knit running community where everyone is super super nice.  Honestly, if you want to meet some of the nicest people in town, start running w/ BTC.
