Goodbye 2012. Hello 2013!

2012 was definitely a tough and memorable year.  I've never been so overwhelmed and terrified, yet felt so much peace and love from family, friends, and even strangers. So thank you. Now bring on 2013!

January
We got a little addition to our family.  Lilo, formerly known as Nacho, Bess. She is seriously the sweetest dog we could ever have asked for.  So well-behaved, obedient, and just loves to be loved.  She has really brought so much joy to us (even if she did live in GA for half the year).

February
I ran my first marathon and loved it!  2 days later Kyle was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Lymphoma.  Kyle remained in the hospital for 3 weeks and completed his first round of chemo which completely eliminated the mass next to his heart.  Blessing #1 of too many to count.

March
Chemo, chemo, chomo,  and first ambulance ride for Kyle and I.  End of the month we got to move into our cute little house though!

April
We attempted to attend Med School Prom.  Dinner was a blast the dance lasted about 10 minutes.  But it sure was fun to go on a date outside of the hospital.

May
Luke Bryan concert

June
Celebrated our 3 year anniversary!

July
Kyle's port got infected and had to be taken out.  Which turned out to be AWESOME bc he got to take a swim in Compass Lake! Becca got married and I was able to spend the week out in UT with her and the family.  I even got to see alllll my family at 2 family reunions.

August
Kyle completed his bone marrow transplant.

September
Took a trip to Destin to celebrate being done with all treatments!

October
Weekend golf trip to Farmlinks and the GA vs BYU football game.

November
Took a weekend trip to Savannah.  Ran my second marathon and loved it, but not quite as much as the first. Also went to my first Alabama football game!

December
Kyle hunted lots, I got to see SYTYCD on tour, and we enjoyed so much fun with our families for the holidays.

Here's to 2013!
