This morning was 6.5 miles sprints on the treadmill trying to burn off all the crap I ate over the weekend. I can't stop myself! Does anyone else think calories don't exist on the weekend like I do? What is that?
And another thing... I signed up for a race! A while ago...but unfortunately just haven't had the time to train like I usually do. Shocking, I know. So I'm having this huge debate with myself: go out and be humbled as I barely make it through the full olympic triathlon, or team up with my marathon partner and do the relay??!!! Swim and run, and let her do the bike. Hm...I'm still so indecisive. A part of me feels like such a quitter not doing the full, but then again, I don't want to be miserable. But I know I'll be so mad at myself when I get out of the water and don't have my bike. *sigh
I wish I was in St. George to do this one again!
I have another race in mind, that's a surprise. I'll tell you all about it later this week. It's by far the coolest race I've ever ever considered. And it's a long shot, but hey, why not try to get in?

Five guys...yum! I need some of that. If I were you I would team up for the race, but you will rock it either way. Can't wait to hear about the surprise race. Sounds exciting!
