Spring Break

Two weeks ago Kyle had spring break. We looked at the weather and when we saw a high of 78-80 degrees at the lake over the weekend, we packed our bags and headed down for the first spring boat ride and afternoon laying out.  And it was perfect.  The water was a little too cold for me, but the boys enjoyed some wake surfing with wetsuits.  (I'll have to steal the pictures and videos off Kyle's phone... but here's a few from my phone for now)

 

Perfect spring weather calls for 2 things:  running outside and lunch breaks outside.  Attn all runners: I'm pretty much obsessed with my $15.00 running shorts from TJ Maxx. They have the built in spandex shorts.  PNJ brand (?) or something, but they are so comfortable and super cute.  I'm thinking i need to go back for more.

  

Seriously, what is better after work than a nice run outside in the daylight?!  Loving the time change.

 

 

Ok, this might be.  I love living close enough to drive home for lunch.  How did i ever commute?
