Monday= sprints. 6.25 miles total-- 15 minute warm up, six .5 mile sprints w/ 1:30 recovery in between, cooldown.
Tuesday= 15 minute stair stepper, 5 minutes row machine, 15 minutes upper body weights, 30 minute swim. can you say cross train? Sometimes I can't decide what do to...
Wednesday= 2.5 mile run, 35 minutes of spin. I'm really annoyed they changed spin from 6am to 6:30am. Seriously? How do people who have to work at 8 make that happen? c'mon.
Thursday= Tempo run. 1 mile warm up, 6 miles @ 7:53, 1 mile cooldown. Best run of the week. Hands down.
Friday= sleep
Saturday= 13 miles. Average 8:21. Let's just say it was one HUMID morning. But fun. It was a nice break from the long distances. Praying this humidity starts to go away soon though!
So has anyone else seen the new garmins?! Wishing I had the green one right about now. They are sa-weet!

ReplyDeleteGreat run on Saturday. Even though it was shorter, I felt more sore afterwards. Weird, right. ??? I'm super lucky to have you as my running partner. You kick butt on every long run!
