After 25 hours in the car, we woke up Tuesday morning with only 6.5 to go. Thank goodness! So we drove through a part of Mississippi and then through

And we made it. We survived. We didn't kill each other, we laughed, we wanted to cry sometimes, and we avoided the bad weather! (we were only 45 minutes from where the Joplin tornado hit the day before!) And it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
