Last weekend I escaped a few days of work and cold for some time in the sun and in... Neverland. Kaley, my little sister, was Wendy in
Peter Pan the ballet and it was an AMAZING production. Incredible dance talent, characters flying on stage, and so much more. I never realized how professional these productions are until I found myself sitting in the audience. I'm so grateful for those experiences I had as a member of Ruth Mitchell dance theatre. Watching Kaley brings back so many sweet memories.
Kaley, you were the most beautiful Wendy I've ever seen and I'm so proud of you!
I also got to see Brandon bat like a pro at his baseball game. The 70 degree weather and sunshine definitely made that even more fun!
So I realized there are some things I am looking forward to when we move back to the south and that is 1) being able to get a sunburn in March
2) seeing things bloom before June
3) getting a banana pudding milkshake from Chick-fil-A whenever I want (TO die for!!!!)
and lots more.

Hey Mekelle! I'm not sure if I've commented on your blog before, but when I saw that you wrote about a banana pudding shake a Chick-fil-A I nearly died. I didn't know that was on the menu! I am GOING tomorrow for sure! I will think of you while I enjoy it :)
