most recent experience: tonight. Thank you Provo for warming up to 50 degrees so I didn't have to go to the crowded gym and wait for a treadmill. A nice run outside + The Bachelor. Great night! :)

    So true! When I get frustrated with my lack of weight loss while exercising, my mom keeps telling me to keep running because it will make me happy.
